Sr. Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst to join our client team in Herndon, VA. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization while working on challenging and rewarding projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the system development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle EBS Financials, with a deep understanding of key modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Perform hands-on functional work, including configuration, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS Financials.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
• Implement industry best practices and ensure compliance with Oracle R12 standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS Financials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS Financials.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
• Stay abreast of the latest Oracle EBS functionalities and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience managing and leading end-to-end system development phases.
• Proven expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
