Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral programming across assigned services or locations.
- Supervise, coach, and support clinical team members to promote professional growth and service excellence.
- Review assessments, treatment plans, and progress data to ensure goals are appropriate, measurable, and individualized.
- Monitor clinical quality, fidelity, and outcomes, and recommend improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, caregivers, and stakeholders to support coordinated care.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical guidelines, organizational standards, and applicable regulations.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance development for clinicians and support staff.
- Assist with case consultation, complex clinical problem-solving, and escalation of concerns when needed.
- Contribute to operational planning, program development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to clinical decisions, supervision, and service delivery.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Clinical leadership or supervisory experience in a behavioral health, autism services, or related setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, treatment planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience mentoring clinicians and supporting performance development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to clinical quality and detail.
- Familiarity with ethical standards, compliance requirements, and documentation best practices.
- Commitment to respectful, inclusive, and individualized care.
- Experience leading clinical teams or overseeing multiple service lines.
- Background in program development, quality improvement, or operational leadership.
- Experience working with individuals across a range of ages and support needs.
