NaturaLawn of America ( is seeking a dedicated Customer Service / Data Entry Rep to join our growing Newport News office. We are conveniently located near the Oyster Point area of Newport News, less than 5 minutes from J. Clyde Morris & I-64.
This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Our company prides itself on a collaborative and positive work environment, where laughter is valued as the best medicine.
The hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 8 AM until 5 PM, with a 1-hour break during the day.
Responsibilities of the Position
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage accounts receivables efficiently.
- Schedule service routes and maintain organized filing systems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting tasks.
