Hardscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew to complete hardscape projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards and client expectations.
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hardscaping or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
