Restoration Sales Representative
Restoration Sales Representative
Welcome to Merit Restorations. We don’t just restore property—we restore confidence. We specialize in emergency response, mitigation, and full rebuilds for residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, storms, mold, and other disasters. As trusted partners to insurance carriers and property owners, we show up with urgency, integrity, and care.
As a Restoration Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of growth. Your mission is simple: make sure that when disaster strikes, Merit is the first call. You’ll build relationships with plumbers, property managers, HOAs, landlords, adjusters, and other referral sources. You’ll distribute marketing materials, attend events, follow up relentlessly, and close jobs.
This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings. You’ll be backed by strong estimating and production teams, but your pipeline, performance, and paycheck are in your hands.
Why Merit
This isn’t an easy job. It demands grit, urgency, and persistence. But those who succeed here don’t just change their income—they build a reputation and a career.
At Merit, sales is about more than contracts—it’s about relationships, urgency, and trust. You’ll be the one people call when disaster strikes, and you’ll build a book of business that lasts.
Here, growth isn’t optional—it’s who we are. You’ll join a team that values servant leadership, high standards, and human connection. You’ll be expected to own your results, push with urgency, and finish together.
