Clinical Director
- Coordinate service authorizations, ensure compliance with state and funding requirements, and facilitate clinical documentation.
- Supervise clinicians, provide clinical oversight, and serve as a liaison with external agencies for service approvals and audits.
- Maintain program growth through referrals and manage clinical caseloads.
- Require an active Virginia license (LCSW, LCP, LPC, LMFT), a master’s degree in Human Services, and at least three years of supervisory experience.
- Must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
