About the Role

In this role, you’ll handle everything from core drilling and flat sawing to polishing concrete to a high‑gloss finish . You’ll also support pipe and conduit installation by removing or cutting concrete as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Perform core drilling into set concrete
• Polish and finish concrete surfaces to a glossy, professional standard
• Remove concrete to support pipe and conduit installations
• Use flat saws to cut concrete or create custom patterns

What You Bring

• Experience in concrete work, construction, or rebar handling
• Strong skills in polishing, sawing, core drilling, joint sealing, and concrete repair
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
