We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP-C) to join our collaborative, patient-centered team. Whether you bring experience in rheumatology or are eager to specialize in this rewarding field, we welcome your enthusiasm and commitment to quality care.

Position Overview

• Full-time outpatient clinic role
• No inpatient or hospital responsibilities
• Responsibilities include:
  • New patient evaluations and follow-ups
  • Joint exams and procedures
  • Medication management
  • Ordering and interpreting labs/imaging
• EMR proficiency preferred (NextGen experience is a plus)
• Collaborative and respectful team culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified PA-C or NP-C with active (or eligible) Virginia license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a medical office or hospital setting
• Rheumatology experience is a plus—but not required!
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
