Cabinet Assembler / Cabinet Builder

Location: Ashland, VA

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours per week

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
• No weekends or holidays
• Overtime available based on production needs
• Breakroom with refrigerator and microwave provided

As a Cabinet Assembler , you will work alongside an experienced team to assemble high-quality cabinets using hand and power tools in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. Whether you have previous experience as a Cabinet Builder , Cabinet Assembler , Woodworker , Production Associate , or Assembler , we encourage you to apply.

Training is provided for motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kitchen and commercial cabinets by following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Build and assemble up to 25 cabinets per shift while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect completed cabinets to ensure they meet company quality standards before moving to the next production stage.
• Read and interpret work orders to assemble cabinets correctly.
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation throughout the shift.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cabinet Assembler , Cabinet Builder , Assembler , Woodworker , Machine Operator , or Production Associate is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed assembly instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
