We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Charity Event Assistants. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in event planning, promotions, and community engagement, with full paid training and opportunities for professional growth.
Our organization partners with nonprofits and community groups to deliver meaningful events and campaigns. As a Charity Event Assistant, you’ll help create memorable experiences, build relationships, and support our mission to make a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing charity events and campaigns
Engage with attendees, volunteers, and community members
Promote events and initiatives through outreach and engagement
Provide exceptional customer service and support at live events
Help manage event logistics, setup, and materials
Support post-event reporting and follow-up activities
