Event Promotions Assistant Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant , you will:
- Assist with promotional events, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
- Represent client brands professionally at live events, retail activations, and community events
- Engage directly with customers, event attendees, and community members
- Educate the public about products, services, promotions, and community programs
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown
- Assist with promotional materials, displays, and event logistics
- Help increase brand awareness through face-to-face marketing and customer engagement
- Support promotional campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and event goals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic attitude at all events
