Insight Global is partnering with a billion-dollar industry leader to hire MEP Superintendents nationwide. Join one of the #1 data center general contractors in the U.S. and play a key role delivering large-scale, mission-critical builds with strong earning potential and long-term growth.

This role is heavily focused on mission-critical MEP systems , including:

• Power distribution, energization, and critical electrical infrastructure for data centers
• Mechanical systems (HVAC, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, piping, and cooling systems)
• Installation, startup, and full commissioning lifecycle (Factory Acceptance → IST)
• QA/QC processes, system validation, and operational readiness

We’re targeting candidates from a variety of relevant backgrounds, including:

• MEP Superintendent / Superintendent
• Electrical or Mechanical Superintendent
• Electricians or Mechanical Trades working on data center or mission-critical projects
• Lead QA/QC Inspector or Quality Inspector
• QA/QC Superintendent, Commissioning Agent (CxA), or Energy Marshall
• Commissioning Engineer, MEP Manager, or Assistant PM (MEP-focused)
• Secure Power / Senior Field Service Engineer

Package Details

• This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity (W2 with full benefits).
• Pay range is $50–$70/hr , depending on experience and finalized by the hiring team.
• You’ll also have consistent overtime — 1.5x after 40 hours , with most people averaging 55–60 hours/week .
• If you’re traveling, you’ll receive $178/day per diem (7 days/week, untaxed) regardless of hours worked.

Location Options
We’re hiring across several markets:

• Texas: Afton, Dallas, Austin, Houston
• DC Metro: Sterling, Manassas, Baltimore
• Iowa: Cedar Rapids

You don’t have to be local — as long as you’re open to traveling, you can work at any of these sites and receive per diem. We’ll align you to the right fit based on your preference: Local (no travel), In-state travel, or Open to travel nationwide.
