RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends and implement strategies for growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while reaching out to potential clients to expand our customer base—also, lead business meetings with prospective clients and persuasively present company offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team on contract negotiations to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for The 100 Collection™ at events and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Partner with marketing and brand development teams to align campaigns with client feedback and market needs.
- Generate reports on business development outcomes and use analytics tools like Hubspot for strategy enhancement.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to maintain industry knowledge and enhance account management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven winning track record in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Microsoft Office Suite, and Powerpoint
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary : $55,000 - $120,000 based on experience and achievement.
Bonus: Bonus opportunities based on individual and company performance.
