Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to stepdown patients with varied medical conditions
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and clinical status regularly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Proven experience in a stepdown or intermediate care nursing role
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
