We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our plant running safely and efficiently. This role is responsible for repairing, maintaining, adjusting, and troubleshooting a wide range of production machinery and equipment. You’ll work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and fabrication tasks and assist production as needed. Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant machinery including mixers, mills, extruders, conveyors, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• Reassemble machines after repairs or maintenance
• Start and observe machines to ensure proper operation and efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule
• Lubricate machines and apply adhesives or materials per specifications
• Install, replace, or modify machine parts and attachments

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance operations
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Forklift maintenance experience a plus
• Comfortable using computers and maintenance tracking systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
