Senior Procurement Analyst (Hybrid, Remote Work Considered)

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our Space Systems Procurement Organization as a Procurement Analyst Senior. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in procuring specialized materials, equipment, supplies, and services that meet program-specific requirements and specifications. Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Analyst Senior, you'll be responsible for the complete acquisition lifecycle, including, but not limited to:

• Analyzing purchase requisitions and initiating RFQs/RFPs
• Reviewing bids, selecting vendors, and negotiating terms and conditions
• Writing comprehensive price analyses to inform procurement decisions
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate procurement of materials and services
• Issuing and managing subsequent purchase orders

In addition to these core responsibilities, you may also:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive savings and growth
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Lead formal negotiations and execute Long Term Agreements/Blanket Agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Program Management
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other materials as needed

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in procurement or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of procurement-related experience)
• Excellent technical drawing skills to accurately interpret and analyze technical specifications
• High-level technical writing skills to produce comprehensive price analyses and other procurement-related documents
• Superior communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $82779 - $140723

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
