Requirements:INDEVCO North America is looking for a Territory Sales Manager – Mountain West: Colorado (CO), Utah (UT), New Mexico (NM), Nevada (NV), and Wyoming (WY) for our Building Products division. This individual will ideally be in Denver, CO. This individual will be responsible for articulating the value of our building envelope system in a solution-based manner, in addition to becoming a trusted partner of the customer throughout the full sales cycle. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients, build a pipeline, and manage client relationships.
Prospecting:
· Proactively search, identify and obtain new business opportunities with new and existing customers. Manage resources as required to accomplish.
· Calling on potential customers and end customers (architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and lumber yards).
· Visit construction job sites for learning, development, and relationship building purposes.
· Work with local distributors to build and maintain effective supply chain and selling networks.
Solution Development:
· Work with Product Management to identify and design customer-based solutions within our product portfolio.
· Ability to utilize market and customer research to build product value propositions specific to the customer and industry.
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors' products, prices, and sales.
· Understand, assess, and communicate the technical attributes required of the customer, as well as the company’s ability to meet them.
Relationship Management:
· Ability to complete the sales cycle with complete customer satisfaction.
· Identify, address, monitor and resolve issues with current customers regarding product, quality, and service problems.
· Ability to utilize market and customer research to build product value propositions specific to the customer and industry.
· Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations) to improve the entire customer experience.
· Use CRM system to accurately forecast territory bookings, prepare proposals.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
· College Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, or 2+ years of specific sales experience in building envelope solutions.
· Familiarity and understanding of building envelope products and building material solutions.
OTHER DETAILS
· Significant Travel within the territory is required.
· Valid Driver’s License Required.
