As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting an aero and defense location, you will conduct routine mobile and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and reports with clear communication. This is an armed and driving post, combining vehicle patrols, access control checks, and detailed reporting while delivering customer service that reflects Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting actions taken, and supporting arriving responders.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at gates and other entry points by verifying identification and authorization, monitoring vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and directing visitors, deliveries, and contractors per post orders.
• Maintain and carry assigned equipment in accordance with licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal policies, including completing required reports, logs, and shift briefings.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card/license is required.
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
