Special Events Associate | Entry-Level

We are seeking a motivated Special Events Associate to join our fast-growing event marketing company that provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to national corporations and high-profile clients . Our team creates unique, research-driven campaigns that generate new revenue streams through on-site promotions, innovative marketing strategies, and personalized advertising campaigns .

As part of our expanding portfolio, we are looking for self-motivated individuals to assist with events and grow into campaign management roles , helping develop new clients. This position is a key member of the Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies for events
• Coordinate event setup, visual merchandising, inventory management, and on-site logistics
• Process and track event sales
• Serve as Event Manager when necessary
• Lead by example as an enthusiastic member of the event staff and mentor interns

Training & Development

Our hands-on Special Events Training Program provides exposure to marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, and management .
