Support Project Coordinator - Amazon

The Northwest Center @ Amazon team operates in a fast-paced and demanding corporate environment where we provide professional 5-star customer service across several program divisions. The Support Project Coordinator is a unique role that falls within the Cresa Customer Experience team, and provides support for the North America Move, Launch and Workplace Manager programs in partnership with Northwest Center. This role reports to the Assistant Program Manager of the NWC Move Ambassador team.A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently from NWC leadership as well as clearly communicate with vendor partners and project stakeholders when required. This role requires exceptional customer service, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail in order to ensure client satisfaction. You will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and variability as this role supports multiple organizations requiring the ability to uphold their individual expectations and policies.
Schedule: 8 hours daily,Monday - Friday between 7:30AM - 6PM. Must be able to work a flexible schedule during hours of operation for weekdays and some availability over the weekend as needed.
Starting Hourly Wage: $29.31 per hour | Full Hourly Range: $29.31 - $37.59 per hour
Location: Arlington, VA & DMV Area

- Work collaboratively with a dispersed team as well as both internal and external stakeholders to ensure amazing customer service.
- Coordinate with the customer and Cresa team to overcome obstacles by providing resources and solutions amidst ambiguity.
- Utilize Smartsheet to maintain data accuracy, gather missing information, and create product orders.
- Use internal tools to understand deployment schedule and notify the customer of dates.
- Manage customer-facing inbox, directing questions to the appropriate party for resolution or responding to customer inquiries as needed.
- Provide measurable and timely response to customer and vendor inquiries, work requests, and concerns.
- Assist vendor partners with program initiatives, process and procedure updates.
- Model professionalism and company values.
- Contribute to team development including providing job training, shadowing and mentorship to new employees.
- Assist with new tasks, processes, or projects as needed to support evolving team requirements and asks from Amazon partners, is not change adverse and demonstrates adaptability as business needs develop and shift.
About You
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-year customer service, real estate/facilities, or administrative support experience
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Adobe and Outlook e-mail
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to write concise correspondence and effectively communicate verbally and electronically with all levels of management, employees, vendor partners, event organizers and visitors.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on execution with the ability to meet tight deadlines while supporting multiple requests.
- Able to manage a high degree of complexity and to distill information
- Project Management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously across a distributed set of stakeholders without direct ownership of resources.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Must be able to frequently carry and lift a backpack containing a laptop and other supplies, up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortability working in an open, unassigned workspace is required.
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods (up to 8 hours per workday).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to see both distance and details at close range, within a few feet of the observer (with or without corrective lenses).
- Ability to identify and understand the speech of another person (with or without a personal auditory hearing device).
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
