Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information.
• Write repair orders and explain recommended services clearly.
• Communicate between customers and technicians.
• Follow up with customers and manage vehicle timelines.
• Help drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive service sales or advising.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
