Leadership Responsibilities

• Support clinicians in medical excellence, professional growth, and administrative development
• Lead and develop the hospital team through meetings, performance reviews, and compliance oversight
• Partner with regional and hospital leadership on strategic planning, operational compliance, and long-term growth
• Foster a culture of high-quality medicine, collaboration, and financial sustainability

Practice & Clinical Capabilities

This practice combines traditional veterinary medicine and surgery with integrative and holistic care , serving dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets in a modern, eco-conscious facility featuring:

• Digital radiography

• In-house laboratory and pharmacy

• Ultrasound

• Advanced anesthesia monitoring and pain management

• Underwater treadmill and rehabilitation therapy

• Acupuncture, chiropractic care, and herbal/nutritional therapies

Candidate Profile

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Preferred 5+ years of clinical experience
• Proven leadership with strong emotional intelligence
• Commitment to ethical practice and high medical standards
• Ability to delegate effectively and drive team performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
