Wildlife Trapper

Full Time Position: Mon.- Fri./Approx. 40 Hours Weekly Depending on Workload, Technicians should be available to work all hours necessary Monday through Friday and on designated weekends and/or holidays.

Non-Negotiable Requirements: Valid VA Driver’s License in Good Standing, 2 Years of Valid Trapping Experience, Ability to Safely Operate/Maneuver a Company Vehicle with a 10ft Utility Trailer Attached, Experience with Ladders up to 40FT, Must be able to climb, bend, crawl and lift a minimum of fifty pounds, Ability to fit into Crawlspaces/Tight areas, Cannot be knowingly allergic to Bees, Wasps, or Hornets, Willingness to learn new skills, Eager/Motivated to Work.

Duties Include: Responsible for selling/opening/documenting new Flying Insect jobs, Maintain an Organized Route Book and Vehicle, Properly Maintain Invoices/Animal Counts, Properly Trap and Remove Wildlife in Compliance with VDGIF, Make Daily documented contact with All Customers, Report Customer Complaints to the Field Supervisor, Properly Execute Miscellaneous Repairs, Keep an Open Communication with Supervisors, Office Staff, and Peers.
