Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of seven who are committed to supporting one another and serving our community well. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of culture I wanted to build. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a business degree and am married with two young kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support our team. Were very active with Junior Achievement and believe strongly in investing in and supporting the next generation through financial education and community involvement. We offer a $50 monthly gym membership stipend, a group life plan, PTO, a Simple IRA, health benefits, and a $500 bonus for each license earned. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
