As a Program Manager, you will be working closely with a team of project managers developers and engineers in an Agile environment for developing innovative solutions for our customers. You are also responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed timely and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

What you will do:
  • Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with the client to understand the client's business priorities and bring assets and expertise aligned with the priorities.
  • Manage overall program delivery, schedule, and performance
  • Act as agile coach adapting teams to agile/scrum methodology using techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver large-scale initiatives, features, and stories in an iterative fashion
  • Responsible for overall contract and project cost management. Ensure projects
  • remain in scope and within budget through active project budget tracking and burndown tracking. Work closely with corporate operations and the customer to ensure total expenditures are tracked and costs are managed and communicated through proper change management.
  • Ensure alignment with contract requirements (LOE, CLINs, deliverables)
  • Provides leadership to the team project composed of developers, AI engineers, designers, and data analysts. Promote empowerment of the teams, ensuring each team member is fully engaged, making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-level quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure the team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies.
  • Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with the client to understand the client's business priorities and bring assets and expertise aligned with the priorities.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience managing federal IT programs or contracts
  • 5-8 years of Project or Program Management and related experience in the federal government
  • Strong knowledge of federal contracting (FFP, T&M, CLINs, LOE)
  • Experience adapting newly formed teams to Agile/SAFe and leading their journey through the stages of storming, forming, and norming.
  • Ability to manage program financials and burn rate
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher clearance
