Remote LCSW/LMHP Contractor
Summary We are seeking licensed professionals to provide remote, as-needed clinical and behavioral consultation services.
This flexible contract opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians who want to contribute their expertise in a collaborative, person-centered environment while working remotely.
Positions Available:
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Conduct remote functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop or review Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Provide clinical oversight, case consultation, and staff training.
- Support person-centered planning and documentation in compliance with DBHDS, BACB, and HCBS standards.
- Offer telehealth-based behavioral consultation or counseling sessions (LCSW role).
- Participate in virtual team meetings and case reviews as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and HIPAA requirements.
- Active Virginia license (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavioral or therapeutic services.
- Knowledge of positive behavior supports and person-centered practices.
- Experience with telehealth or remote service delivery preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload responsibilities on a flexible schedule.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (or another language common to the families served, such as Farsi, Pashto, Amharic or Arabic).
- Experience providing services to children and adolescents with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
- Familiarity with DBHDS regulations and HCBS compliance standards.
- Prior experience with telehealth delivery, electronic documentation, or remote team collaboration.
- Strong commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
