Network Services Manager

Onsite: Arlington, VA/NCR

*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for ARNG NCR IT services and support such as Campus Area Network (CAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) operations

• Leverage technology advancements to increase the performance, security, and efficiency of ARNG NCR IT services

• Improve customer service and internal efficiency by emphasizing proactive system management using ITIL processes
• Establishes and implements standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters
• Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems
• Provides technical support for system users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field
• A minimum of five years of experience operating and maintaining network services for COOP sites
• A minimum of five years of experience managing network services for a similar network to that of the current ARNG NCR environment
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III or IAM Level III
• ITIL Foundation Level Certification-if not already obtained, must obtain within 6 months of contract start
• Active Security clearance
