Summary: We are seeking a skilled Audit Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality assurance services across a diverse client base. This role involves leading audit engagements, guiding team members, and collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for operational improvement. The position offers a flexible work arrangement, combining remote and in-office responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Manager will supervise and coordinate audit assignments, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes and address audit-related concerns
• Conduct evaluations and provide insights aimed at enhancing organizational performance and regulatory compliance
• Support initiatives that promote growth and expansion of service offerings
• Design and execute procedures to assess internal controls and risk areas
• Oversee the progress and quality of audit activities, ensuring alignment with engagement goals
• As an Audit Manager, you will monitor team deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations
• Track project milestones and financial metrics to ensure efficiency and accountability

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is strongly preferred
• At least five years of experience in auditing or assurance services
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams or managing projects
• Familiarity with government audit frameworks or public sector engagements is advantageous
• Exposure to various audit types including operational, compliance, and grant reviews
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client service
• Solid organizational and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in commonly used business software applications
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment
