Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented CARHOP to join our team on a full-time basis. As a CARHOP, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by providing them with a smooth and enjoyable car buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership

- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and budget

- Explain vehicle features and benefits to customers and accompany them on test drives

- Process paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales and leases

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and showroom

- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and incentives to provide accurate information to customers

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficiency in using computers and technology

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
