Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Software Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work with a team of engineers to deliver mission critical software.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python and C++.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features for development
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of codebase
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software engineering technologies and methodologies

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 0-2 years of experience as a software engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field (additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with web application development frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must have an active TS clearance

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Familiarity with API development
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely

Salary Range:

$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
