We’ll provide all the sales and product training you need to succeed — you just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to make things happen. What You’ll Do * Connect with customers by phone, text, and in-person to understand their needs * Build trust and guide customers through the buying process — no pressure, just great service * Learn the steps of our proven sales process and use it every day * Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships * Celebrate wins, learn from misses, and always keep improving What We’re Looking For * Friendly, professional, and ready to help people * Great listener with strong communication skills * Persistent and motivated — you don’t give up easily * Organized and process-driven * Valid driver’s license and good driving record What You’ll Get * Earning potential: $50,000 to $78,000 or more per year
