Triumph of Harrisonburg is seeking a motivated and personable Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team in Harrisonburg, VA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing premium motorcycles, providing expert guidance and exceptional service to ensure a seamless buying experience.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present motorcycle options, features, and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers through the sales process, including test rides and financing options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Triumph motorcycles and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with the service and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked with display models and marketing materials.

• Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in motorcycles or automotive industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the Triumph brand is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday.
• Valid Motorcycle license.
