Banquet Bartender - Ford's Colony Country Club

Do you have a passion for crafting great drinks and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Ford’s Colony Country Club is seeking an energetic and professional Banquet Bartender to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the heart of the event experience—shaking, stirring, and serving beverages with skill and a smile. From weddings and celebrations to member events, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service in a welcoming, polished environment. Compensation: $4.00/hr + Service Charges What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout events.
• Mix and serve beverages to guests and servers using proper recipes, glassware, and garnishes.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Verify guest age and follow all state liquor laws and responsible service practices.
• Stock and maintain the bar with glassware, mixers, liquors, garnishes, and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and mixes prior to service; keep bar area clean and organized.
• Process payments accurately, operate cash registers, and issue receipts/change.
• Collaborate with banquet servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, escalating to management when needed.
• Assist in clearing and resetting bar and event areas as required.
• Support fellow team members to deliver outstanding service at every event.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixed drink preparation, wine, and beer service.
• Familiarity with state liquor laws and responsible service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and a true team player.
• Professional appearance and positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
