ResponsibilitiesOversee daily agency operations, ensuring that workflows remain smooth and efficient for both staff and clients.
Drive new business growth by developing and executing creative sales strategies tailored to our local market.
Mentor and coach junior staff members to refine their sales techniques and improve their overall client engagement.
Manage existing client accounts with a focus on retention and uncovering opportunities for additional coverage.
Serve as a primary point of contact for complex client inquiries, providing clear and supportive solutions.
Collaborate with agency leadership to track performance metrics and adjust our approach to reach our collective goals.
RequirementsActive Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or sales teams.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital lead management tools.
Deep understanding of the local Charlottesville insurance landscape and community dynamics.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding specific sales targets.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
