The opportunity

At EY Design Studio our team of designers researchers technologists and strategists work together to create superior apps websites and software. We approach projects with the insight and perspective that come with years of experience in user-centered design and development. We specialize in creating superior experiences that are supported by research brand strategy and a clear understanding of business and user needs.

Were looking for a talented and collaborative Senior Designer who loves working with and learning from a multidisciplinary team creates exceptional experiences and excels at communicating with clients.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will act as the design discipline lead on multidisciplinary teams of researchers technologists and engagement team members. You will create as well as translate schematic wireframes to high fidelity mockups and work with developers and animators to create stunning prototypes.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design UX Design Industrial or Product Design and 3 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively will accept a Masters degree and 2 years of work experience.

• Proficient in Photoshop Illustrator Creative Cloud apps Sketch Keynote InVision Figma and other prototyping software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ideally youll also have

• Passion and interests in working in the Financial Services industry or
• Writing publishing and conference-level presentation skills preferred

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100200 to $165400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120200 to $188100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement project or year.
• Under our flexible vacation policy youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
