Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is actively seeking a talented individual with an active TS/SCI clearance to lead the architecture, design, and integration of advanced cybersecurity systems, overseeing a broad engineering team to deliver hybrid on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and implementation of complex cybersecurity systems across hybrid infrastructures. You will also Collaborate with stakeholders to architect scalable and secure technical environments while overseeing engineering teams. This position requires expert knowledge in FedRAMP, hybrid cloud transitions, and advanced cybersecurity frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Advanced Degree preferred in Cybersecurity or related field)
• Certifications: CISSP or equivalent
• Experience:

15 years total experience

OR 8 years with a CISSP and advanced degree

OR 10 years in government or similar organization

5 years with FedRAMP hybrid on-prem/cloud environments preferred

Exception: 3 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

Requirements

• Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
• Must be within driving distance of Arlington, VA or willing to relocate to the area (Relocation Assistance Package Available)
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
• Must be willing to work onsite
