Experienced Leasing Consultant
Location: Williamsburg, VA 23188
Pay: $18.00/hr
Contract Role
Step into a fast‑paced leasing role where you’ll support residents, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional service while managing all front‑office leasing operations.
Job Responsibilities- To greet prospects, provide tours, and guide the full leasing process
- To follow Fair Housing laws and maintain compliance
- To manage applications, files, move‑ins, and renewals
- To use sales and closing techniques to boost occupancy
- To maintain market knowledge and support daily office operations
- Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, Onesite, or similar)
- Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Professional communication and organizational abilities
- Weekly pay
