BenGlassLaw is looking for our next superstar paralegal ! This position will be in our amazing Personal Injury department . What You’ll Do

• Manage case files and keep everything organized (because chaos is not our style).
• Review medical records and bills (you’ll become best friends with details).
• Draft and prepare legal documents—demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and more.
• Work closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Support personal injury attorneys with trial prep, exhibits, and everything in between.
• Help keep our office running smoothly as an essential part of the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree (required); paralegal certification (bonus points!); bilingual in Spanish and English (bonus).
• Previous law firm or paralegal experience preferred but not required.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but brings calm, cheery energy to the team.
• A detail-obsessed, proactive problem solver with great communication skills.
• Someone who’s self-sufficient and proactive, but not afraid to ask questions when something isn’t clear. No guessing games here—we’re a team that helps each other succeed.

The Details

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• In-person role at our Fairfax, VA office
• Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience
