Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Falls Church, VA. Candidates must have strong expertise in these platforms and the ability to manage complex system integrations and process improvements.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align Oracle ERP, Procore, and JDE solutions with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements and system integrations across multiple platforms.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of ERP and project management systems to ensure accurate functionality.

• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation for business processes and system configurations.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis with ERP systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and JDE platforms, including system integration and process optimization.

• Proficiency in Procore and ability to manage complex workflows in construction or project management environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
