Schedule: Part Time / Evenings (some flexibility available)
Pay: $20-$32/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000*
Work Setting: In-home

Are you bilingual (Spanish-English) and passionate about working with children and families? Join Flywheel Centers , where we're redefining the autism care experience in Northern Virginia. We're seeking caring, dependable Bilingual ABA Therapists / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

You'll use your Spanish and English skills to help children learn life-changing skills - and ensure families feel understood, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Whether you're new to ABA or already certified, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to thrive.

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (must meet eligibility requirements)

• Free 40-hour RBT Training Course & ongoing BCBA supervision

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes, daycare, or community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Use play, structured activities, and positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

• Support Spanish-speaking families by explaining strategies, goals, and progress in their preferred language

• Collect data and document sessions accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• At least 18 years old

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

• Reliable transportation to client homes within Fairfax County (Herndon, Sterling, Chantilly, and nearby areas)

• Experience working with children (required)

• ABA experience preferred, but not required - we provide full training
