Full-Time | MondayFriday | No Nights or Weekends
Pay: $16.00$21.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
The Learning Experience in Fairfax, VA is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our growing team! Were looking for caring, energetic educators who love helping children learn, play, and grow in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. As a Preschool Teacher , youll inspire curiosity and creativity every day while helping our little learners build confidence and essential skills for school and life. What Youll Do:
- Create a positive, engaging classroom where children thrive.
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum that makes learning fun and interactive.
- Foster open communication with families about their childs milestones and progress.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care.
- MondayFriday schedule enjoy your weekends off!

- Minimum 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
- CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) .
- Must meet state licensing requirements .
