We are seeking a skilled Mold Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate injection and blow molding machines, ensure quality production standards, and maintain safe working conditions while producing high-quality molded products efficiently.
📍 Location: Newport News, United States
What You'll Do:
🔧 Operate and monitor injection/blow molding machines
📏 Perform quality inspections and measurements
🛠️ Set up molds and adjust machine parameters
📋 Maintain production records and documentation
🔍 Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
⚠️ Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
✅ 1 year of mold operating experience
✅ Knowledge of injection and blow molding processes
✅ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality focus
✅ Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
✅ Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
