We’re seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Handyman to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance to properties in Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, and surrounding areas.What You’ll Do:

• Perform residential repairs, including minor electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, installing ceiling fans), plumbing (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains), and general maintenance (e.g., patching drywall, painting, installing flooring).
• Support small-scale bathroom and kitchen remodels to ensure rental properties meet modern standards.
• Respond promptly to tenant and property manager work orders, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional work environment at all properties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in residential maintenance/repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude to handle diverse repair tasks.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to manage physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company truck provided for work-related travel).
• Familiarity with Northern Virginia’s residential building codes is a plus.
