Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday, 3:30PM - 2:00AM
Pay: $27/hour

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Upkeep system : Track work orders, schedule repairs, and manage parts like a pro.
- Keep our equipment alive and kicking : From forklifts to conveyors, you’ll be the go-to expert for inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Champion facility upkeep : Ensure our plant stays clean, organized, and production-ready.
- Lead with safety : Follow OSHA standards and company protocols to keep everyone safe.
- Collaborate and innovate : Work with leadership on LEAN improvements and special projects.
- Operate forklifts : Safely and efficiently (we’ll train and certify you!).
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical skills—forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, and more.
- Welding and metal fabrication expertise.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.
