Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with upkeep and maintenance of the Hotel - Must be available for an 8 am - 4 pm shift - previous Hotel/apartment, Building Maintenance, or construction Laborer Helpful.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshooting/repair/cleaning of electrical/mechanical systems to include HVAC/PTAC & Plumbing.
- Conducting an ongoing preventative maintenance program.
- General Houseman Duties.
- Painting and touch-up.
- Floor Cleaning.
- Review, prioritize, and complete daily work orders.
- Daily inspections of the property to identify potential and current needs.
- Coordinating with local health, fire, and building inspectors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Servicing Hotels' outdoor pool, ensuring daily testing is completed, and chemicals are within the standard.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting electrical switches, PTACS, and HVAC units, as well as drywall repair, plumbing repairs, etc.
- CPO and CFC certified a plus.
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous Hotel/Apartment/Strip mall, Maintenance experience a Must.
- Other tasks assigned by Management or property Owners.
