As we move into our summer season, we are searching for a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team of professionals. Our ideal candidate has a background in the hospitality industry, specifically, experience as a hotel Front Desk/Guest Services Agent . Working closely with the General Manager, our Front Desk Agent is the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest has a superior experience throughout their stay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage room reservations (in-person, by phone, or online)
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints
• Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions
• Handle billing and payment transactions
• Maintain front desk security and confidentiality
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Successful Candidates Must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior hotel front desk experience required
• Proficient in English, additional languages a plus
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Choice Advantage) is a plus
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
