Job Summary:
The Client Services Advisor will collaborate with all employees and leaders to effectively support the Company through speaking with clients and families in need of home care services, driving revenue and providing outstanding customer service to potential and existing clients of Capital City Nurses. These responsibilities are managed through building relationships with internal partners and external sales team and keeping a focus on providing the best service in the industry. This position is required to promote and maintain programs that support Federal, State, and local regulations and laws, in addition to adhering to all Company policies and procedures. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss solutions the company can offer
- Provide guidance to families on the best level of care to meet their needs
- Track and input new potential clients in system
- Notify operations team and distribute new business through appropriate channels
- Maintain daily ongoing tracking and follow up with prospects that have inquired and need to be activated or closed
- Provide outstanding customer service for activated cases through follow up courtesy calls to initial caller, care manager, physician, and/or referral source to bring continuity to case and care
- Work with Nursing and Coordinators to provide support on difficult calls, diffuse situations that could escalate, problem solve issues that clients and their families may have
- Review and/or participate in daily report, highlighting matters that should be addressed regarding sales, marketing, and or client relationships
- Identify trends in business referrals, unable to fill shifts, and where applicable, individual performance
- Analyze system reports for referral trends by week
- Compare month to month results and make recommendations to sales team
- Identify opportunities within industry contacts and notify sales team to respond
- Keep abreast of trends in the industry and alert team to breaking news
- Field sales calls and discuss opportunities that are brought to the company
- Personally assist high profile clients
- Request testimonials, online reviews and facilitate reviews from satisfied clients
- Represent the Company at Expos/Fairs/Events when required
- Provide support to coordinators when needed
- Collaborate with other departments, suggest process improvements where applicable to improve the work environment
- Provide support in training and teaching best practices in customer service to team
Requirements:
- Two years' experience in customer service and/or inside sales
- Excellent client/customer service skills
- Previous CRM experience preferred
- Previous industry experience preferred
- Previous computer expertise, ability to troubleshoot, knowledge of computer programs, and proficiency with MS Office products
- Detail oriented
- Related college degree preferred
