Full-time Customer Care Specialist position in Richmond, VA (Partially Remote / Hybrid)
- As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquires and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Fielding incoming calls
- Accepting customer payments
- Employing customer retention strategies
- Explaining client coverage
- Amending policies
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
