A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of the daily operations of SOAR365 Henrico County Mobile Crews which principally includes the safe and efficient removal of litter from Henrico County Roads and other properties as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise, direct and participate in the daily operations of SOAR365 Henrico County Mobile Crews.
• Works to achieve excellent client relations.
• Maintains a valid Virginia driver's license and SOAR365 driver status.
• Conduct and/or participate in all job-related training and safety training,
• Adheres to VDOT and County of Henrico safety procedures and protocols.
• Fosters a cooperative team environment and exemplifies SOAR365's code of conduct.
• Adheres to all SOAR365 Employment Policies.
• Observes and monitors disabled employees; coaches/counsels employees when minor issues arise; notifies Operations Supervisor of all issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia driver's license, DMV record insurable at normal
• Adequate oral and written communication skills for positive and clear interaction with managers and employees and for completion of documentation in a timely/accurate manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and motivate others and invoke a positive work atmosphere.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk up to 8 miles a day.
• Ability to do repetitious bending at the waist, kneeling, and overhead lifting.
