The SAP RISE EA role focuses on guiding customers through digital transformations using SAP technologies, with a strong emphasis on the RISE with SAP initiative. This involves promoting Clean Core principles and accelerating the adoption of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing reference architecture and transformation plans aligned with customer business objectives.
• Providing architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
• Identifying innovation use cases that benefit customer strategic and operational objectives.
• Advising customer management on business architecture/processes and transformation activities.
• Identifying and mitigating adoption risks.
• Aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy, accelerating BTP adoption.

The role typically requires:

• Extensive experience in enterprise functional architecture and/or transformation advisory roles, focusing on Federal customers.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise business transformation, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps.
• Experience in delivering full end-to-end SAP implementations including Federal Funds Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP's strategy, product portfolio, and their impact on business.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A combination of equivalent work and life experience will be accepted in lieu of degree

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 194100 - 411600 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
